Heres my top artists this month so far

For context on some: Steven universe is the estelle tracks (i love estelle), Lil Darkie is just his calm songs like banana pie and i can see clearly.

A bit of an unpopular opinion, but to pimp a butterfly is kendricks worst album by actual listenability.

Ive listened to the entire album, ive tried to like it several several times; i only like a SINGULAR song on there, sure the album is supposed to be a "writing masterpiece" but the entire thing just sounds off or wrong, good kid mAAd city is by far a lot better, and even by that metric DAMN., Section 80, and even GNX is better by listenability. I just don't understand why people like it past its lyrics and it feels like it was written specifically to get as much into the culture at the time to the point saying you don't like the album is asking for hate.

Something for people looking for more music similar to him, Estelle is very VERY similar of an artist in the deep cuts to Tyler, The Creator, Shine and more are all amazing albums.

Albums you should check out:
Shine
All of me
True Romance

I have a feeling yall would like "All of me" from estelle the best, but she sounds basically like a woman modern tyler the creator

The Grammys are NOT a good representative of who released the best of what.

People should look into their own genres, further into the deep cuts, further into what sounds they like; instead of listening to a buncha rich people who cant even get the genre right, heck when tyler the creator got a grammy for "best rap album of the year" for IGOR its not even a rap album....

Sure, some choices are good but most of the time they just choose the most "popular" or "trending" artist for more retention over who actually made the better song or the better album; and they always seem to not go into deep cuts for albums and artists, sometimes theyll give an album album of the year but theres like 10 other nominees that couldve been put up but they didnt look far enough in and those artists were either just as popular or slightly less popular; but they choose the one whos trending the most, like kendrick lamar; sure hes a good artist but he has some of the most grammys of all time now? yet other artists that should be right up there with him have none or little to none. Its highly HIGHLY biased, and they almost never choose the experimental cool sounding album, they always choose the mainstream one that is the same as every other album released in that specific genre...

Death Metal and Glam/Power Metal all suck, not a single good song ive ever heard by any of them yet i hear so much praise over it.

Genuinely every single song ive ever heard from those genres and their subgenres has been entirely ass, I'd rather just have the instrumental but god those vocals are dogshit and i swear a cheese grater to my ear would be better...

What's your favorite album and song from Tyler!

My favorite album will always be Igor, but current. Don't tap the glass is definitely up there since it's near skipless and infinite dancability makes it smooth to listen to; and for songs probably going to be "I'll take care of you" or "ARE WE STILL FRIENDS?"

Is there any songs with a similar flow to the rapping in the moon cave by gorillaz?

The rapper is black thought, I liked his verses and the ad-libs in-between and I like him as a rapper but I can't seem to find any songs by him or others that have a similar flow to the moon cave.
