I already did my first oil change. I used the whole gallon. I see some people saying less is enough and others saying a full gallon is sufficient. What do you think? (My Mazda is a 2020 CX-5 2.5L Skyactiv-G non-turbo)

Hi everyone, I have a question. Do you think this oil filter is compatible with my Mazda Skyactiv G 2.5L (non-turbo)? I'm about to change the oil myself, but I'm not sure which filter to use since it's my first time doing it.
