I got a medical abortion on saturday and passed the foetus on sunday. I was nearly 14 weeks pregnant. I woke up this morning with really really painful breasts. Usually when this happens i try to massage them slightly to ease some pain, and instead of easing anything, milk starting dripping from my nipples! I was so confused because I hadn’t heard this from anyone before, and the hospital didn’t tell me. Has anyone else experienced this, and maybe just as shocked as I was?
