Feeling overwhelmed. It's an older house (1971). I don't sleep because of it. It's a privileged position to be in, but I can't help but feel bad at times. I have a baby of 4 monhts old and the house on the inside is like time stood still in 1971, so a lot of work to do. With lack of sleep it's sometimes hard to see the house in the same light I did when buying it. Nevertheless I am very grateful and know I am privileged. Has anyone else felt like this after buying their homes? Because every post here seems to show everyone being happy beyond comprehension, while I'm here losing sleep over it.
