Planning a 20-day trip to Vietnam in July and would love some feedback from people who have done a similar route.

10–12 July: Hanoi
12 July:Evening bus to Ha Giang
13–16 July:4D3N Ha Giang Loop
16 July: Evening bus back to Hanoi (overnight stay)
17 July:Afternoon transfer to Ninh Binh
17–19 July:Ninh Binh
19 July:Overnight bus to Phong Nha
20–22 July:Phong Nha
22 July:Overnight bus to Da Nang
23–27 July: Da Nang + Hoi An
27 July: Fly to Ho Chi Minh City
27–29 July: Ho Chi Minh City
29 July: Fly back

A few questions:

Does this pace feel comfortable, or am I trying to do too much?

Is 3 days in Phong Nha enough?

Would you skip Ninh Binh or Phong Nha for more time in Central Vietnam or Da Lat?

Any places you’d cut or add considering this is a July trip?

Are there any long bus journeys that you’d recommend replacing with trains or flights?

Interests: nature, food, photography, cafes, local culture, and a mix of adventure and relaxed travel.

The joy, the discussions, the banter, the celebrations, and even the heartbreaks that this sub has given me over the years have been genuinely special. I don’t have many friends who support RCB, so in many ways, this community has become my RCB family.

I have just one request for all of us.

Let’s retire the anti-jinx routine.

We’re back-to-back champions. If jinxing was really a thing, we wouldn’t be lifting trophies. This team has earned the right to be celebrated without fear.

Let’s enjoy this era. Let’s embrace the confidence, the swagger, and the dominance. And when next season begins, let’s show up as fans who aren’t afraid to say:

“We’re winning this.”

Because after all these years, we finally know what that feels like.
