Seeking Long Term Tenants/Roommates
My family has a home near North Dekalb Mall and Lawrenceville Highway area, Lindmoor Woods. Nice single family standalone houses type of area, people jogging and walking dogs and strollers and stuff.
It’s two levels and I now occupy the whole basement, looking to fill the top floor with one to two people (definitely not three). It has a nice kitchen with island, living room, and three bedrooms- a master bed with a double vanity full bath and a hallway full bath shared by the other two rooms.
Wanting to do long term like a year, maybe six months at the very least, and I think $1700 total for upstairs is more than fair.
I’m male, 25 have an energetic little pit mutt so you’ll need to be good with a 70lb dog but he’s great
Laundry is downstairs on my level but it would be shared, generally there’s just several things/separations of space that we can figure out or clarify as well.
