Skin progression on tretinoin and spironolactone after 5 months, requesting help
Pictures are from January(top) and today(bottom). I’m at a point where I don’t want to leave the house because I can feel it getting bad again. I’ve been battling this for 2 years after my random second puberty at 26 years old.
Evening Routine:
- 50mg spiro
- anua heartleaf oil cleanser or jojoba oil
- tribe skincare vitamin C facewash
- red light therapy
- 0.025% retin-A tretinoin cream
- vanicream moisturizer
Morning Routine:
- 50mg spiro
- cold water
- 10% azelaic acid, 3x a week
- vanicream
- sunscreen
I also work out 4x a week. Drink PLENTY of water. And (atleast imo) maintain a good diet. I don’t always get 8 hours because I work extremely long days but never less than 6. I also changed out my shower head to a filtered one.
I’m not understanding what I am doing wrong. Thank you so much for your help.
