New owner lots of questions
Hey fellow Bronco owners, I just purchased this past weekend. I will say it was the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I am completely turned off at purchasing a car ever again. I am thoroughly nervous about how the rest of my time owning this vehicle will go. ( Denver Metro Area) This isn’t what this post is about but I mention this because I lost trust in the dealer and I am not sure if I beleive what they have told me. I want to get a lift 2-2.5 inches I need more understanding of the different types but I think all I want is level lift. I want to add 20s with 35in tires. The dealer said I can only do this through the dealer or else I will void the warranty. Is this true?
She tried to upsell me an expensive warranty because she said some of the engine parts aren’t covered?
Stated someone along the lines of I need to sit in my car and let it idle for 30 minutes before I turn it off.
The entire process was rubbish, and horrid. I love the car so far but about an hour later I thought of everything that occurred and they didn’t deserve my business.
