I can’t seem to add specific people on this one account for some reason.

So I’ve tried everything, from deleting sent requests to resolving pending requests to turning on who I can send friend requests to. I can still add other people fine, it’s just these few people. And I go on my alt account and I can add them normally. Why is this??
