Neighbor next door
I currently live in a rented room that is adjacent to another room, with the two spaces separated only by a thin plywood divider. Due to the limited sound insulation, noises from the neighboring room can be heard very clearly. For quite some time now, I have been experiencing persistent disturbances from the occupants next door, particularly during late-night hours and early in the morning when most people are trying to rest.
The male occupant frequently creates loud and disruptive noises that appear unnecessary and excessive. On several occasions, he has deliberately banged on the plywood divider separating our rooms, causing sudden loud impacts that disrupt my sleep and daily routine. He also makes excessive noise while using the sink and lavatory, often slamming or banging objects in a manner that seems intentional rather than incidental.
In addition, the female occupant who stays with him has also contributed to the disturbance by deliberately throwing or striking objects against the plywood divider. These actions create loud noises that can be clearly heard and felt from my room. The repeated disturbances have made it difficult for me to rest, concentrate, and enjoy a peaceful living environment.
I have already attempted to resolve the matter amicably by speaking directly with the male occupant and respectfully informing him of the issue. Despite bringing my concerns to his attention, the disruptive behavior has continued and there has been no noticeable effort to reduce the noise. As a result, the situation has become increasingly frustrating and has negatively affected my comfort, well-being, and quality of life in my residence.
Given that my efforts to address the issue directly have been unsuccessful, I am seeking advice on what i can do to make them suffer. Give me your hellish ideas.
