Allergy safe food

Hi moms,

My niece (2 yr old) has celiac and family is trying to ensure contamination free eating as her iGE reports still had traces of significantly high allergens.

On a regular basis we encounter below challenges:
- eating out, no options - she just eats fries, i am worried about that oil might be contaminated too
- fussy eater - gets very less nutrition
- dedicated grocery shop - very expensive and sometimes tasteless
- no allergen free environment labelling, we second guess everything

If you are in a similar boat, i am looking to understand how did you manage this journey & challenges you faced/facing?

I am 4 months PP, exclusively breastfeeding. I thought i might bounce back to pre-pregnancy body quickly, but seems like thats going to take its own sweet time.

I didnt want to hoard maternity clothes as i found those to be really boring & bought quite a few nightsuits. Now, I am done & need a wardrobe of current size which is feeding friendly.

I have some festivities to attend & i need suggestions on buying few ethnic and western options. I have already doom scrolled on Myntra & all feeding friendly clothes are so boring (kaftans or basic prints only :/ )

I need something party wear, but also feeding friendly.

Help out fellow mamas!
