So I love cosmic crisp , envy, and trying other random types of apples .
I really prefer the convenience of eating them as is, (not cutting into slices) . I prefer the taste of apples this way , the rougher texture makes the juicy bursts of flavor better .
But all the types of apples I like are huge like bigger than softballs , and often more than I want at once.
