For characters the waking speed is 2.19m/s for scavgirl at level 25 and 2.85m/s for bagman at level 1.

So bagman should be faster when walking even at level one, but i've had the feeling that it wasn't the case, so i've measured it and from point A to B in the Innards, ive measured multiple time 7.95 sec and 10.45 for bagman.

does the innards have particular rules? I dont think so since the characters differences are quite obvious.

same feeling on maps but its difficult to make proper measure because some mobs dont seems to like me 😞

another point for example : gunhead have far etter unscope accuracy (size of the cross)of about -30% ut its not shown anywhere on the wiki.
