Dealing with some tightness and other issues that are definitely associated with my pelvis and thinking of going in. Looking to know if there are any recommendations in the area
Just turned 26 and my birthday present is a small external hemorrhoid — thats my guess all signs point to that. Who told you getting older is sooo fun👎🏼 Not red or too swollen or anything. Using witch hazel pads, prep h, murilax, prune juice, ordered phyllium husk powder and regular sitz bath. Problem arises with pooping. Gotta but only a tiny bit comes out and haven’t had a proper movement in 2 days. Thinking about doing a enema I have the fleet ones. There’s definitely stuff up there that needs to come out but my butt says hell noooo. Any advice appreciated!
