Hello, I currently go to a non target studying maths and I got A*AA in my a levels. I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice about how should I spend my 4 years at uni as someone who’s considering working in finance as a risk analyst or wanting to work as a catastrophe modeller
So I achieved AA in maths and further maths Edexcel a level. I was two marks off the A* in maths and I got 255/300 on my further maths exam. I am off to start my first year studying mathematics. Does this make me qualified to tutor GCSE and a level maths and further maths? And if so how would I start?
So I am 18 going into university and I have missed my Durham maths offer by two marks, I am currently in the process of getting it remarked but if it does not go up I will be attending Newcastle university for Mmath. I was wondering how respected my degree from Newcastle would be to employers and whether it’d be better to do the bsc and try to do my masters at a better uni or js take a gap year and resit? Pls help
