Knife handles
Hello everyone,
Although I’ve been buying knives for years as collectibles, over the past few weeks I’ve become interested in learning more in depth about different types of steels, handle materials, and what they’re made of, as well as their advantages and disadvantages.
I wanted to ask for the opinion of anyone who has owned knives with handles made of polyamide, Thermorun, and FRN (elastomers/thermoplastics) — how durable and resistant are they over time and with regular use? Since they usually require very little maintenance.
Thank you very much in advance to everyone who takes the time to comment.
