Alternative to vaping
For context, i was a longtime smoker. I also smoked cigarettes since being a teen.
I, like a lot of my fellow smokers, gave up the traditional cigarette for a vape because of financial reasons.
Would anyone be able to recommend an alternative practice to vaping?
I can ween myself off the nicotine, but I've come to realise it's the long draw/inhalation that my brain enjoys (i think?)
I've seen a product online, similar to a whistle but long and skinny and without the sound.
And before anyone suggests it, no. Long deep breathing does not cut the mustard. I've tried toothpicks and a number of different things already.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
