Need help picking my first Victorinox! (Overwhelmed by the options)

Hey everyone,

I want to buy my first Victorinox multi-tool and I’m honestly super overwhelmed by all the variations. I just don't know which one to buy.

I’ll mostly be using it for 1-2 day hikes and car camping. I’m not planning to carry it every day around the house. I feel like these features are the most important ones:

Weight and thickness: These are a huge deal for me. I don't want a brick in my pocket (which is why I already ruled out the Huntsman).
Scissors: I see these mentioned everywhere as a must-have, and I know I'll get a lot of use out of them.
Nail file: I think having one would be really handy.
Saw: I don’t think I’ll actually use a wood saw much, but I’m second-guessing myself. Is it better to just have it for camping just in case?

I noticed some models are discounted on Amazon right now, but I still don't know what the best move is.
Here’s my current shortlist:

Companion
Compact: I love the thinness, but it feels like it lacks tools and is kinda pricey for what you get.
Evolution 14: Has what I need, but it feels a bit too chunky/thick, and I’ve heard the scissors aren't as good as the standard ones.
Sportsman + Classic / Jetsetter combo: Modular, but means carrying two things.

To help myself narrow it down, I put together a weight/thickness chart and a feature comparison table, which I've attached to this post! For context, the models I compared in the table are the Huntsman, Climber, Companion, Compact, Super Tinker, Evolution 14, Sportsman, Camper, Spartan, Rambler, and Classic SD.

Even with all this data, none of them feel absolutely perfect. Which one would you go with, or is there a better option I'm completely missing?

Thanks in advance!
