I got her for like #2 and she is in amazing condition other than her being painted all over. Can I use magic eraser on all parts, even the painted ones? Or is there something else I should try? This is my first LPS where I've had to clean it heavily so I'm not sure what to do. If nothing works I may be looking for someone to restore her! Thank you 💝

I sold some LPS accessories to someone on Vinted. Everything was basically new and cleaned, no marks or damage at all, I have around 60 reviews all 5 stars and have never had anyone bring up an issue. I pack everything with bubbles wrap or tissue paper and then into a plastic bag and then inside a bubble wrap mailer. The buyer received the item and said things came broken and wanted a refund. I asked for pictures because nothing was broken beforehand. She send a support ticket with pictures of the damages. It honestly looks like she broke them? I'm not sure but I don't see how they were damaged in transit. I'm worried Vinted will make me accept a return, but then I would just be getting back broken items and I will be out the money. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do? Here are the pics of the original items and then what she showed. It looks like there are white strain marks on the scarf, like it was bent and snapped.

I'm mainly interested in the hat and bonnet, and the little orange thing at the bottom, not sure what that is. Are all of these even LPS accessories? I'm interested to see what sets they are from!
