Bakit po kaya nag auto switch yung number sa registered account ko? Tapos yung number ko sa settings? Hindi sila magkaparehas

Meron po ba dito na nag sservice for HP printers, specifically HP SmartTank 500?
Main problem: Yung color ng mga na pprint ko po is different from the original color. Mukhang need po ng manual cleaning due to dry nozzle.
Management done: Nacleaning na po thrice and printhead alignment done
