From reading around....

Is drawing with a 20g and pinning with a 27g okay, or do you draw and pin with the same needle? I'm doing 75mg twice a week out of 12ml(200mg/ml) bottle, so I'll be drawing over 30 times out of it. I'm wondering if my bottle stopper can handle that many draws with a 20g or if I should try using a vial spike or use something smaller for drawing(like a 23g)? I'm definitely using a different spot on the vial rubber top every time.

I'm using luer lock syringes and it sure seems to take awhile drawing with a 27g, even warming my Test Enanthate in some warm water for 10 minutes or so.
