My Koyoumini clone
This is my 2.5 I built a day ago after sitting on the parts for a while. It uses a modified fi-115 as a substitute for the then out of stock koyou frame which I love the style of.
The three modifications that need to be done are purchasing 8-12mm standoffs and drilling/cutting/sanding to allow the camera to sit in like on the koyou (2nd and 3rd pictures). Cutting carbon fiber can be harmful so look up good practice if you aren’t familiar. Finally, the 3d printed tpu camera holder like the koyou. I’ll link the one that press fits my nano 2 that I sloppily caded in 20 minutes and somehow works nicely with a little cutting. lmk what camera you have and I’ll make a new revision.

As for the rest of the build it’s pretty much what koyou recommends.
Motors: happymodel 1103 8kkv
Fc/esc/rx:Darwin 4 in 1 15A ELRS, idk about this it was super cheap when I bought it and it doesn’t have black box which is a pain. works great though
Cam: Runcam nano 2
Vtx: PandaRC Nano25, another weird pick it’s only 25mw which is fine for my needs and fits well on the back as there isn’t much rooms. I would probably go with a 5 in 1 or a aio camera thingy if I were to build it again.
Props: seems like high pitch props are preferred by koyou. I’m just using some cut 3“ props and it still flies solid.
