Is it just me, or is Chipotle actually fairly priced? I feel like people dog on it too much.

Maybe the Chipotle's near me just give better portions.

I would really like to make a ramen that has Japanese flavor, but the level a creaminess an Italian pasta dish would. I don't know much about cooking, does anybody have any tips on cooking techs or ingredients I should use? I don't want it to be brothy, definitely a thicker texture, but still spicy. Hopefully that makes sense.
