I’m confused between Schedule 1 and Hytale, since both are in early access right now. And also in my budget.

From what I’ve seen:

Schedule 1 has a really interesting concept, but the map feels small and gameplay might get repetitive after a while.

Hytale just launched early access recently and looks massive in terms of sandbox + RPG + modding potential, but I’ve also heard it’s pretty rough and incomplete right now.

I don’t mind early access games (I’ve played stuff like that before), but I care about replayability and long-term value more than just initial fun.

So for those who’ve played either or both:

  1. Which one feels less repetitive?

  2. Which one has better content right now?

  3. Which one is more worth the money at its current state?

Would appreciate honest opinions.

I’ve been looking at Schedule I and honestly the concept looks really interesting — the whole gameplay idea has a lot of potential. That’s what’s making me consider buying it.

But at the same time, from what I’ve seen, the map looks pretty small and there doesn’t seem to be a huge variety of things to do. I’m worried that after a few hours it might start feeling repetitive and run out of meaningful progression.

For people who’ve already played it:

Does the gameplay loop stay engaging long-term?

Is there enough content to enjoy it right now ?

Or is it one of those games that’s better to wait on until more updates come out?

I don’t mind early access games, but I don’t want something that feels empty after the initial few sessions.

Would you say it’s worth buying now, or should I wait?
