hi looking for a little reassurance. Yesterday morning i had my left upper 2nd molar removed. It was a failed root canal and in the process of taking it out my literal tooth shattered

anyways since then i’ve had no issues with the extraction site itself but my premolar next to the extraction site feels sore when biting down

should i be concerned about this or is it completely normal and apart of the healing process
