Tips for a recovering shut in?
Basically trying to make an effort to engage with people face to face. I found it’s been far too comfortable for me to simply lock myself in my apartment and keep to myself.
While I am not that adverse talking to people I really dislike talking about myself. Feels like getting my skin peeled.
Want to get some ideas on how to meet up with people who share interests face to face and basically relearn how to make friends with strangers and what worked for introverts with more robust social lives.
