JioFiber Installation in Bangalore: Endless Reschedules and Zero Accountability

Booked a new JioFiber connection last Friday for my home in  Whitefield, Bangalore.

Since then, I've received multiple installation schedules, multiple reschedules, and multiple assurances that the installation would be completed soon.

The last installation appointment was scheduled for yesterday morning.

The result?

No technician arrived.
No installation happened.
No update was provided.
Not even a rescheduled appointment.

No response when called appointed representative OR assigned installation engineer (Multiple times)

At this point, Jio isn't just delaying the installation—it's wasting customers' time. Every appointment requires customers to adjust their schedules and stay available, only to be left waiting with no communication and no accountability.

What is most disappointing is that this is my experience as a NEW customer. If getting a connection installed is this difficult, it raises serious concerns about the level of support customers can expect afterward.

A week after booking, I still don't have an internet connection, a confirmed installation date, or any confidence that the next appointment—if one is ever scheduled—will actually be honored.

So finally I decided to cancel the request and move on to another provider.
