This is probably a weird question but there used to be a chain called Z’Tejas that had a chicken fried ribeye. It was excellent. It was with an actual steak rather than bad quality ground beef and was very high quality and Tex mex so a little southwest flair.

Has anyone come across anything like this in Portland? Mostly the actual quality steak in a chicken fried steak but bonus points if it also has a southwest leaning on the seasonings.
