Kobra S1 Max HELP!!!!
This S1 Max has been nothing but a nightmare since getting it after waiting 5 months. I have lost so many spools of filament due to failed prints cuz some sort of issue. After fixing 1 problem I get another. My Extruder cover melted off so apparently I cant print ABS or ASA on this enclosed unit that says I can. Been waiting on replacement from support. Currently I keep getting Error Code: 11820 (7) Motor operation failure. Yes I did full calibration, yes check all connection cables, yes I did factory reset. IDK WTF to do. Contacted support and they tell me to do everything I already have done 10 times over. Can someone help me with this error please!!?!?!?! At this point I think I want to send it back get refund and just buy a bunch of Kobra Xs.
