FHR Las Vegas

Seems like everyone’s been posting about their FHR properties experiences, so thought to give my experience. Just got back from Vegas and stayed at 2 different FHR properties.

Stayed one night at the Bellagio Main Tower, I didn’t realize there was another one tower. Hotel is obviously a prime location but you can tell it’s a bit dated though maintained as best as can be. Got early check in, but I guess you don’t really have to call about it. I noted it on my reservation and when I did call they said early check in is always at 11:00 am; just go in and see what they can do. Used what credits I could with the short time we stayed there. There was a resort fee and resort fee tax which seemed ridiculous and parking charge. No issues checking in or out or with credits being applied. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend though. It just seemed dated. 7/10

Also stayed at the Fontainebleau for 3 nights. What a difference. Loved this hotel. Much farther up on the strip, so definitely something to consider when choosing a hotel. Very clean, modern. Staff was very professional from the front desk to the restaurants. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. My partner commented on how well done the furnishings were. Dined at La Fontaine for breakfast, very expensive but very good. Better option is Chez Bon Bon. Used all our credits and everything was applied correctly at checkout. Also they had free parking for guests of the hotel which was nice. One last thing we noticed was, it seems the hotel keeps the air circulating in the public areas scented, that was a bit irritating, especially if you have allergies. But would definitely recommend. 9/10
