I’m 18 and just graduated Highschool, I’d like to start going to therapy but don’t want to tell my family. I’m on my families insurance, and therefore I don’t think I qualify for getting my own since I already technically have health insurance. Is there any way for me to go to in-person therapy sessions without insurance in this case?
