24F, help me improve my stack

24F, help me improve my stack

Background info- I am 24F, get a little over 8 hours of sleep a night, average around 18000 steps a day, and don't drink, smoke, or use drugs/caffeine. No major vitamin deficiencies at last blood work, but that was around 8 months ago now. Only health issues are idiopathic gastroparesis and GERD which are under control and depression and anxiety which I used to take medication for and decided to stop a few years back now.

Goal for supplementation is energy and mood boost/anxiety relief. Any recommendations or advice is super appreciated! Sometimes it feels like I have the perfect stack, others it feels like I'm wasting money on all of this lol.

AM
Omega 3 plus D3+K2
L-Theanine
L-Tyrosine
Creatine
MM Pro Series protein powder (included because it is vitamin enriched and I use this as a "multivitamin")

PM
Magnesium Glycinate
Ashwagandha
Golden Milk

The only things I can say for sure make a difference are the Omega-3, the Magnesium, and the Ashwagandha. I cycle on and off the Ashwaghanda and notice a difference in the months I take off. I am still on the first month of adding the L-Tyrosine and the creatine, so jury is still out on those. The golden milk might do nothing but I just enjoy it at this point. Is there anything I can add/should remove to refine this?

Day 4, too paranoid to eat

I'm (24F) on day 4 since the procedure, I got all 4 wisdom teeth out and one of my back molars that was damaged from the wisdom tooth. Two were impacted and two were partially erupted. To be honest, everything has gone very smoothly and I've hardly had any swelling and pain has been managed by ibuprofen, which I think I'll be able to start taking less of today. The issue i'm having is i'm too scared to eat anything. So far all i've consumed is water and protein shakes, which i can't imagine is good for healing. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you overcome it? I feel like i'm not even going to be able to attempt simple things like mashed potatoes or yogurt until day 6 when dry socket risk is less.

Why did one oral surgeon tell me to take out 3 wisdom teeth and the other all 4?

Hey all! I 24F went in for a consult at a local oral surgeon and he recommended for me to get three of my wisdom teeth extracted as well as a molar, leaving the top left wisdom tooth in. He also did not prescribe me antibiotics or pain killers. I decided to get an opinion from a different office, because the first dentist seemed honestly distracted by banter with his younger hygienists, did not give me any pre or post operative instructions outside of fasting before the procedure, and there was another patient's blood in the exam room that seemingly only I noticed. The second oral surgeon seemed far more confident and had a much cleaner and calmer office and took the time to explain everything, but recommended I get all 4 extracted along with the molar, and prescribed me antibiotics, ibuprofen 800mg, and Tylenol 3. I am going with the second office, and getting them extracted Thursday. I am just wondering if there would have been any effect of not getting the top left pulled and not taking any antibiotics.
