This was years ago when I contracted it from another person, I started seeing the bumps on my eyelids and that’s when I knew. The thing that bothers me the most is the squiggly lines that cross each other something like a child’s drawing I see in my vision on clear days. It’s like looking at bacteria under a microscope. It’s a cruel and constant reminder
Is there some way to get rid of that completely so my vision becomes free of those particles?
What are those overlapping squiggly lines anyway? Is that the active herpes virus itself or a scar from it?
Will treatment remove them completely? What are the chances of them returning in different parts of my eye post treatment? Is it even worth treating if it’ll just come back? Have any of you gotten treatment and never saw them again? How long has it been?
I have VSP insurance. What’s the least expensive route to get myself diagnosed and treated? What type of eye doctor should I be making an appointment with? Is just a single appointment for diagnosing and treatment and what exam is specifically needed? What’s a typical treatment for this?
