I requested and got my DBQ saying no records of back pain in the STR. But I do have , the examiner just missed it since it is mostly hand written notes from a Dr. When I was deployed in Iraq. We only had tents at the beginning of OIF and no fancy medical equipment yet. Should I send a statement that the examiner missed it. My current claim is on the rating stage right now. Should I just wait for it to be completed and file an HLR?
I know that it would kick it back to stage 3 if I send new evidence?
Has anybody experienced this?
