Solo Trip: Am I Picking the Right Hotel?

Hi all. My birthday is coming up in the next week or so, and I've been considering a solo trip to Mallorca as a treat to myself. I'm a single 33M, and was looking at the La Moraleja on the northern part of the island as a place to have a relatively-muted but still fun time enjoying turning 34. This hotel seems nice, but I wonder if it's just going to be me a large group of honeymooners? Would you recommend this place for someone who wants to strike a balance between enjoying pools/beaches and seeing the cities, coves , and other attractions? Is it easy to meet other tourists in general in Mallorca?

Why Am I Not Able to Climb Consistently?

For background: I've been playing this game since 2009 and was a big fan of the DotA mod for WC3 before that. I've played off an on since then, but lately have committed to playing in the hopes of climbing and making Plat/Emerald.

However....that hasn't happened. I play almost exclusively ADC, and think that im pretty good at playing the macro/micro games (staying alive, keeping distance in teamfights, prioritizing cs) and yet...i'm not climbing. Ill get to about Gold 3, then crash down to earth at Silver 3 and struggle from there. I don't want to default to blaming my teammates for losses, since obivously i'm the common factor in all of my losses.

I know it's probably difficult to make a ton of suggestions just based on an op.gg profile, but would appreciate any potential insights you had. Thanks.
