TD canada private banking

So I have a TD Canada bank account, and after hearing about TD Private Banking, I contacted a Senior Private Banker I found on TD’s website and was onboarded as a client.

Private Banking is useful for me because I don’t live in Canada, so being able to send wire transfers and handle other banking requests remotely without visiting a branch is important.

The problem is that I’ve been getting very poor service from my current banker. I often have to follow up multiple times just to get a simple request completed. Emails sometimes go unanswered, calls aren’t returned, and basic tasks can take much longer than they should.

Was it unusual for me to contact a Private Banker directly like this, or are clients normally referred or contacted by TD?

Also, what would you recommend I do about the poor service? Should I simply contact another TD Private Banker and ask to have my relationship transferred to them?

HSBC EXPAT

After 14 gruelling months, this scam "bank" released all my life savings.

They locked me 14 months ago and put me through hell, and made me suicidal and destroyed my life.

I submitted all the documents they wanted, they take 30-60 days to respond to each request, and keep repeating the same questions + documents and basically ghosting you

Mark rabet was incharge of my case also

So many people have the same story as me

Stay away from this scam fraudulent bank! A big FU to HSBC criminals

They finally released my money after I scrapped enough money together to hire a law firm in jersey who put those criminals in their place.
