Any recent H1B + H4 + H4EAD approvals ?
If anyone applied for an H1B + H4 visa for the first time (a status change from H1B) and received H4 EAD approvals, I’d like to know. I’ve applied for premium processing.
My initial filing was on May 8, and the petition was rejected on May 15 due to documentation issues. (According to my attorney, everything seemed in order, and the current trend with USCIS.) I resubmitted the petition on May 22.
