trying to get the best sound from my set up I have the Vizio elevate and and VIZIO 65" Class Quantum Pro 4K QLED HDR TV (VQP65C-84) with Apple TV for watching cable. I don’t get surround sound (rear speakers) unless I switch to PCM. when watch tv though Apple. if I use streaming from the apps on the Vizio tv it’s great surround sound. do I need to use PCM? I have hdmi e arch from tv to speaker

I’m on day 8 of these medications and I don’t feel any better. still a bloating ache paled colored stool. felling full etc. are they not working or do I need to give it time.
