Im not a payche student but as an author I think its important to understand how the mind processes information and more-so complicated emotion. To be quite frank some personal relationships struggle as well as I believe myself to be a very empathetic person and I can empathize with how people are feeling but ive always felt like I dotn understand why people (myself included) react to things like heartbreak the way we do. Any textbooks or articles that i can buy or read to help me better understand people? Thanks in advance!
