How did Tom Riddle win over the Purebloods?

Given the extensive Pure blood snobbery. How did Tom Riddle manage to convince the then students to join his group which would later become Death Eaters?

He wouldn't have been able to hide his origins from the other students most certainly. Did he reveal his ability to speak Parseltongue?

Cause I doubt the purebloods would have been impressed by awards or good manners or even being able to manipulate the teachers. He would also have shown some of the top purebloods the chamber of secrets.

What do you think how did he get the purebloods on his side?

Ancient Fanfics about Iliad? Do any exist?

The Iliad would have worked differently had Paris chosen Hera or Athena or even totally at random Demeter.

Did any ancient Greeks/ romans write such heretical texts? I truly believe in the human capability to fanfic anything, and ancient humans were humans, they must have certainly thought what-if somewhere!

Even today alternate history forums continue to exist. AH fiction exists so even if you assume Greeks genuinely believed Iliad was history, someone would have had an alternative take.

Who is Jesus in Hinduism?

I know there's no unified Church and text for Hindus. Hence, I was wondering if there was ever a study examining the various perspectives of Jesus in Hinduism? I know he's mostly referred to as Yesus or Yesua.

Please share sources if any.

How to get another Christie. Find someone with similar experiences

There's a reason why there's only one Christie. Everyone seems to forget Christie worked as a nurse and was also a good writer her background in understanding people and poisons/ the mechanics of death in general was the reason her plots and characters worked. To truly replicate her we'll need someone who has a similar background/ experience and Hannah deserves grace for replicating it well enough.

Sophie Hannah isn't perfect but she does manage to replicate some aspects of Christie pretty well. She gets better the more she writes but she's not going to be Christie as no one can actually be her, even AI can't be her.

Do you think there's someone in Britain who meets the qualification to be a Christie author?
