I wish ThredUp would award discount points for correctly reporting issues with listings. It would probably help them with quality control and reduce the likelihood of returns, while simultaneously encouraging regular users to purchase more. I know we complain about wrong listings all the time, but it doesn’t seem like anyone in corporate is listening.
While I admit that I use incorrect listings to my advantage (mostly to have the $3.99 restocking fee waived), I’d rather see listings that are 100% accurate so that I don’t waste my own valuable time having to return stuff.
