My flight was cancelled during the beginning of the iran war …

I started a refund ticket and it got approved on 18th of March. The email said my money would be sent back within 45 days ..

It has been 61 days and I still have not received any money , I keep ringing Etihad and they keep telling me the same line over and over “please allow up to 45 days”

Anyone else in a similar position ?

Very frustrating as it’s like 700 euro, never ever flying with this airline again
