Help - Persona 5 Royal Modded no longer launching.
A little context:
I have 78.9 hours in Persona 5 Royal. A few months ago (like December 2025) I got it from AnkerGames then used GreenLuma to add it to Steam. After a little while, I got a mod loader called "Reloaded II" to play with mods. I play with a DualSense controller and want to track my hours, so I had Reloaded II as a Non-steam game, and I'd launch Reloaded with Steam Input enabled first, launch Persona through that, THEN open the GreenLuma'd Persona 5 Royal so There'd be 2 Persona's open, then I'd close the GreenLuma'd one, but keep the Reloaded one. Steam wouldn't be able to tell and that was how i used Steam Input, mods, and tracked hours all at the same time.
It was really unorganized, but it worked. Around February/March, i quit the game for a few months, until now.
The Actual Problem:
The colorful terminal lines are Reloaded II's terminal that loads everything up before launching the game modded. As you can see at the bottom, launching the game in anyway shape or form through Steam will always yield the error "Unable to create interface ISteamUser". This was not a problem a few months ago, and I can't remember changing anything meaningful that might've caused this. It feels like I've tried every fix I can but nothing has worked.
Launching the game through the files themselves (without steam) will at least get the game to open, and using Reloaded II without Steam open will even launch it with mods, but I no longer have Steam Input nor play time tracked.
