Thoughts on Village Gardens Apartments
Hey, I was looking at a few places to live in Fort Collins, I came across Village Garden apartments and it looked like a good deal at $1500 for 1 bed 1 bath unit. It comes with a patio, amenities like free parking, pool, decent gym, shared laundry (although I prefer in unit but for this price can’t complain :))
It’s location is good, walking distance from sprouts and william lake. But the online reviews which are from a year ago are brutal, and I am just curious if anyone has any recent experiences at Village Garden apartments.
And also I am open to other suggestions, my preferences: 1b1b, not shady area, safe and closed community, reasonably priced parking space, ac and heating.
Good to have not needed: patio, in unit laundry.
Move in ready: End of June
Budget: 1200-1600
