The unit is a 6 mins to the F/G, 12 mins to the R, and 2 mins to B67/B69.
Rent is $1850 per month, utilities aren’t included.
A little about me - I’m 25 from the NY Hudson Valley, and am moving back after living in DC for the past six years. I work in the architecture/engineering industry and love writing, photography, and going to the movies (w some favorites including All That Jazz, Friday the 13th, and Ran!).
