Release/Relet 1 bedroom in all-boys unit at Knights Circle - $834/Month
Looking to release 1 bedroom in a 4x4 unit from August 1st 2026 to July 31st 2027. It’s a male unit on the first floor with 3 other roommates, all very nice and respectful. The unit has a shared kitchen but the roommates are clean and orderly, as well as a shared washer dryer in the unit. The bedroom being released is closest to the porch, and has two external walls. Comes with an attached bathroom in the bedroom and spacious closet, and is fully furnished. There is a basketball, tennis, and volleyball court right outside the unit, as well as a pool and fitness area nearby. I have personally used the gym many times and it is great.
This lease is for the whole 26-27 school year but can be subleased out further if needed. Currently I pay around $830-850 a month for rent, and electricity and water is only charged if you overuse but in my experience that never happens unless you leave a faucet running for days. There is a $350 relet fee but I will cover that.
The key pickup date is August 3rd 2026.
