considering leaving not sure yet :/

I've posted on this subreddit before about not knowing what to do. I think I already worked for a good 2 weeks or so, obviously not full ones it was just like 3 or 4 days out of each week. the picture I added to this post is what I've been seeing and trying to get fixed so I can see my schedule I even showed the managers and they're confused as well. the last time I came in I asked again about what to do about the app the manager said she'll see what she can do then I haven't been called back after that. which sucks cause during the days I worked I actually enjoyed it and was getting the hang of things. But I'm starting to feel like I won't get called back in for a few days. I've been applying to similar stores yet its so hard to get in. I've already resubmitted my applications to Ross and DD's discount like 10 or 13 times as an example. Not sure if I should still hold on to hope that I get called in this weekend or at least next week but if not I'm probably going to quit. anyways does anyone else get this when they're new hires? I remember them telling me it was gonna last 2 weeks and it still won't work since the last day I worked was this Monday. also does anyone know where else to apply to I feel like I just keep applying to the same places over and over again.

does anyone else not know what to do at burlington?

basically the title. I started working since Thursday last week and last Saturday was my 2nd day. (basically 2 days ago) I have zero idea what I'm supposed to do unless I ask and I feel worse asking since I've noticed the people that are my coworkers are a little rude (which I understand it's a hard job). on my first day I was shown around and what to do as well as staying till closing (which btw I had zero idea that meant we had to leave around 1-2am instead of 12 midnight). My 2nd day I was a cashier the whole time. so my question is what are you exactly supposed to do when you get there? I know it seems a little dumb to ask but I'm just confused cause I don't want to do something I'm not supposed to. I had applied for retail sales associate so I'm not sure if I'm supposed to be on the floors or cashier every other day or time. I also can't check my schedule on the app we use since it doesn't work for me (says that I have to connect to the internet which I clearly am connected to it) and I've done everything to fix it but they've told me I won't see it till 2 weeks later. I'm just a little confused about it pls help.
