Okay. So some context I live in a care home, and a long time ago when I first got my Nintendo switch, my care home forced me to create an account using the house. Email.(that has now since been deactivated) and I also don't remember the password I've tried contacting Nintendo support through email, but they keep giving me the same responses that I've given them, which is, if there is any transaction ID. What's the last 4 digits of my bank card? Do I have any documentation that I have left the care home?
