I've read before that by contacting customer support they can't clear the cent on your account. Tried that and got this. Is this the case nowadays?

Is upgrading from a Switch Lite to a Switch 2 worth it if I already have a PS5 and hated the tiny screen?

Hi everyone! I’d love to get an unbiased opinion from the general Nintendo community :)

I'm currently considering buying the Switch 2 and selling my Switch Lite. Since I already have a PS5 for major games, I'm looking for a solid secondary setup. However, I have some hesitation based on my past experience with the Lite, which I ended up disliking and kinda abandoning.

My main issue with the Lite was its tiny screen. I wear glasses, and playing detailed games or reading small text on that mini display caused me major eye strain and felt very claustrophobic. Right now I also play on an iPad, so I'm used to larger screens, and I'm wondering if the jump to an 8-inch display plus the option to play on the TV makes a night-and-day difference.

To be completely honest, I'm not a massive fan of the mainstream Mario or Zelda franchises. However, there are still specific titles I really want to play, like Ocarina of Time, Pokopia, Hades, and some Final Fantasy games that I would prefer playing on a handheld console. My biggest fear is that my negative experience with the Lite will ruin my enjoyment of the Switch 2.

For those who play across multiple platforms, do you think the larger screen and docking option completely transform the experience for someone who hated the small display, or am I risking another purchase I'll regret? Thanks in advance!

Struggling with account transfer for my switch 2

I just got my Switch 2 today but I have been struggling for over an hour to get it to transfer my data from my og Switch. No amount of customer support calls or youtube videos have helped and I am at my wit's end. I'm worried I may have messed up somewhere and just wasted $500+

Update: I figured it out. My idiotic self from a decade ago made a typo in his email address and all this got solved the second I went through the steps of setting up the right one. I feel so dumb for not catching this for over decade.

Ok this is crazy stacked Zelda file from a traded 2ds

So I trade this guy a bunch of weird stuff like a knockoff Lego set four funko pops five switch games a hockey binder of random cards without a cover and this is what I got this all blue 2ds with cord and like 50 games this was a digital save file saved on the console I had to get it out of parental controls but this save is t hacked this guy grinded I’m going to send a picture of his mini and username can y’all see if we can find him I’m 13 by the way

Trying to upload to a new console after old one was stolen

My old Nintendo switch was stolen by a repair shop and a family member gave me theirs im trying to upload my old virtual dlcs and games but it wont let me without the old console and the website isn't helpful at all what do i do
