Just purchased my first ever watch while visiting Switzerland. I originally didn’t plan to buy a watch during this trip, but our hotel was right beside a Victorinox store and I immediately fell in love with the look and feel of this watch.
It was only after adjusting the time did I find the crown relatively hard to turn when screwing it back in. Is it normal that the mechanical winding (turning clockwise) is kinda tough? And, is quite a lot of force needed for the screw to catch on the threads when screwing the crown back down? Hopefully this is not an issue with my specific watch as I’ve already departed from Switzerland and might have a hard time getting it replaced or serviced.
Thanks!
